    Hi Everyone, We hired ace of paving for doing patio job for us.They were very caring ,assuring and prompt until they received the money that was right after finishing the job.However few days after some stones popped out, we called them to come back and correct the job.They came after 2 weeks after so many cancellings,postponings etc .When they came they still couldnt correct the issue and they just left without saying goodbye or asking if we were happy even we were at home.We called them right after to ask coming back ,on mobile phones they didnt answer nor called back.They cant be proud of their job and We wouldnt recommend them to anybody.

    27th Jun 19. Yet again bad service. Since the new owners took over some months ago my elderly mother has had terrible service. Since she lives literally a two minute drive opposite from their office it still takes them more than 10 minutes and thats when they have a cab outside their office waiting. She had to wait in the rain when cold and unwell, being told the cabs on its way. 20 minutes later it finally arrived.
    The previous owners said when a cab driver was going to be 5 minutes they were. When the cab was going to be a long wait they said so. Message to new owners. - Just be honest and correct to your customers.
    Today on her return trip they hung up on her because the controller couldnt understand her (no problem in the past). My mum got a local shop assistant to help and when she rang up she couldnt understand them. In the end a shop customer gave her a lift home 3 minutes away (thanks to you who ever you are).
    Terrible, terrible service. Would give minus 1 if could. Will be using Wallington cars or other from now on.
